Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement and purchasing activities for assigned products and services.
- Work with multiple vendors and third-party suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers.
- Create, maintain, and manage Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Coordinate with global teams to support procurement requirements and supply chain operations.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a Buyer, Procurement, or Purchasing role.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Experience working with multiple vendors and third-party suppliers.
- Knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) creation and maintenance.
- Experience collaborating with global or cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Mandarin language proficiency (required).
