Day–to–Day:
A large chemical manufacturing client of Insight Global is seeking a Buyer Expeditor to join their site in Midway, GA. This person will live out a dual role, with both buying and expediting responsibilities. They will be responsible for procuring goods for site specific MRP orders, monitoring purchase orders, and resolving supplier delays. They will also responsible for coordinating with the current Expeditor to ensure PO's are attached, orders are confirmed, and all price changes are made within the mailbox. In this role, you will need to solve problems that could slow down orders, communicate well with peers and managers when needed, and create/deliver detailed reports on a weekly basis. The established pay rate for this role is $28-30/hr, based on experience.
