Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business and Real Estate Associate with 5–7 years of corporate and transactional experience to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with firm partners on a diverse range of corporate matters, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing, and real estate transactions. You will draft and negotiate corporate contracts and real estate documents, providing strategic counsel to our clients.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Business Law and Corporate Law.
• Proficiency in handling Business Transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a valid license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional presentation and client-facing skills.
• Strong work ethic, interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in a law firm or in-house legal department is a plus.
