A nationally recognized and rapidly growing Am Law firm is seeking a Debt Finance Associate Attorney to join its Finance Practice Group in New York City. Known for its strong transactional platform and global reach, the firm advises clients on complex financing arrangements and high-value transactions across industries.
This Debt Finance Associate Attorney role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners, gain direct client interaction, and build expertise in sophisticated credit and finance matters. Key Responsibilities
• Draft, review, and negotiate financing documents for a wide range of transactions
• Advise clients on credit facilities, lending structures, and financing arrangements
• Manage day-to-day aspects of transactions from inception through closing

• Communicate directly with clients to ensure seamless transaction execution
• Identify legal risks and provide strategic solutions in complex finance matters

• 3–6 years of experience as a Debt Finance Associate Attorney or Finance Attorney
• Strong background in debt finance transactions and credit facilities
• Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility (NY Bar required)

• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines effectively
• Strong client service orientation and professional judgment
