About the Role:
Lateral Link is assisting a prestigious national law firm in Chicago in its search for a mid-senior level Associate Attorney for its nationally-ranked Banking & Finance team. Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will come from an AmLaw 200 Law firm and have 2-7 years of transactional experience handling secured and unsecured lending transactions, including fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance/private credit deals, bridge loans, and domestic and cross-border syndicated and bi-lateral financings. A license to practice law in the U.S. and at least 2 years of post-JD experience at a sophisticated law firm are required. *Please note: litigators and recent law school graduates will not be accepted for this role.
Pay range and compensation package:
$260,000-$420,000 base plus $30,000-$105,000+ bonus (DOE) and full benefits.
