I'm working closely with an AmLaw 10 Firm seeking a Banking & Private Credit Associate to join its market-leading finance practice in Houston.

OVERVIEW

• 2+ years of experience in banking, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, and/or private credit transactions preferred
• Experience representing borrowers, sponsors, bank lenders, direct lenders, and other financial institutions
• Energy & infrastructure finance experience is a plus
• Opportunity to join one of the most active and sophisticated finance platforms in the market

COMPENSATION

• Cravath Base Salary
• Cravath Bonus Scale
• Milbank Special Bonuses
