Sierra Staffing Group is seeking an Attorney to join one of our Top Clients Growing Law Firm with offices in both the Reno & Las Vegas, NV markets. Please note that this position will be located in Reno, NV. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to develop client relationships in Community Association Law, Eminent Domain, Litigation, Real Property, and Bankruptcy. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic legal professional looking to take the next step in their career.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage complex civil litigation and transactional matters related to:
• Community Association (HOA/COA) disputes and governance
• Eminent Domain and inverse condemnation proceedings
• Real property transactions, boundary/title disputes, and land use issues
• Commercial and residential foreclosure actions and bankruptcy filings
• Provide high-level legal counsel and strategy to a diverse client base, including homeowners' associations, property owners, developers, and governmental entities
• Collaborate with other partners to set strategic goals and drive firm growth
• Maintain and grow a substantial client base, with expectations of business development and cross-selling firm services
• Participate in firm governance, management meetings, and marketing efforts

Job Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active and in good standing with the Nevada State Bar or nearing graduation
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a law clerk or externship
• Strong knowledge of state and federal laws related to real property, community associations, and bankruptcy
• Proven ability to originate and manage significant client relationships
• Exceptional written, oral, and analytical skills
• Experience with alternative dispute resolution and courtroom litigation
