Responsibilities

• Draft and argue motions and other pleadings
• Conduct written discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Assist with mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Manage cases and deadlines in collaboration with senior attorneys
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong law & motion and deposition experience
• Trial experience helpful but not required
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Interest in building a long‑term career with a collegial firm
