• 4–6 years of experience as a Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney or Real Estate Attorney at a national or regional law firm
• Significant experience representing lenders in real estate finance transactions
• Admission to the New York State Bar required (NY Bar required) or California Bar eligibility
• Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently while collaborating effectively with teams
