This is a full-time, in-person role based in West Omaha — perfect for an experienced attorney who loves advising businesses and is looking for a firm that invests in its people.
📋 What you'll be doing:
• Advising business owners on succession planning and ownership transitions
• Managing entity formation, restructuring, and governance matters
• Leading and supporting mergers and acquisitions
• Serving as a trusted business advisor to clients
• Mentoring junior attorneys
✅ What you'll need:
• J.D. from an accredited law school + active bar admission
• 6+ years of private practice experience
• Experience with closely held businesses, succession planning, and M&A
• Active Nebraska license or eligibility to obtain one
