The successful candidate will work on a broad range of healthcare regulatory matters involving compliance, operational issues, reimbursement concerns, healthcare transactions, and evolving regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities


• Represent hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, and healthcare organizations in regulatory matters

• Advise healthcare providers and suppliers regarding healthcare compliance requirements and risk management strategies

• Counsel clients on healthcare regulatory issues involving federal and state laws

• Assist with healthcare transactions, operational compliance reviews, and regulatory due diligence

• Conduct detailed legal research and prepare memoranda, client alerts, and regulatory analyses

• Analyze healthcare laws, regulations, and industry developments affecting clients

• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups on multidisciplinary matters

• Participate in client meetings and provide practical regulatory guidance

• Support life sciences and digital health companies on regulatory and compliance issues

• Draft and review legal documents, agreements, policies, and compliance materials

Qualifications


• Minimum 3 years of healthcare law experience

• Experience advising healthcare providers, suppliers, hospitals, or life sciences companies preferred

• Strong background in healthcare compliance, healthcare transactions, or healthcare regulatory matters

• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

• Strong academic credentials from a respected law school

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Demonstrated commitment to client service and professional excellence

• Licensed or eligible to become licensed in the applicable jurisdiction
