A well-established East Bay law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its HOA litigation practice. This role is ideal for an attorney with a solid foundation in civil litigation who is looking to build deeper experience representing homeowner's associations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle HOA-related litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and related correspondence
- Conduct depositions and assist with mediations and court appearances
- Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy
- Maintain regular communication with clients and opposing counsel
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience required
- Prior or transferable experience with HOA law, real estate, or construction litigation strongly preferred
- Active California bar membership in good standing
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
