This Class Action Litigation Associate Attorney role offers a fully remote opportunity, allowing attorneys nationwide to engage in sophisticated TCPA litigation. Key Responsibilities
• Handle plaintiff-side class action matters involving TCPA violations
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda in complex litigation

• Collaborate with litigation teams to develop case strategies
• Manage case progression from initial filing through resolution

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
