Schulman Leroy & Bennett – a law firm with a 50+ year history of respected legal work in Nashville – is expanding our litigation team and seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our practice. This role provides a clear pathway to engage in sophisticated legal work within a respected, forward-thinking firm.
The Role
As an integral part of our team, you will focus primarily on general civil litigation, with an emphasis on commercial real estate, construction and landlord-tenant matters. Your daily responsibilities will center on court appearances, driving case strategy, drafting critical motions, and providing comprehensive research support. You will obtain courtroom experience quickly and will serve as second chair during more complex trials or proceedings. Working directly alongside our senior partners, you will help deliver decisive, strategic solutions for our clients.
