This role will play a key part in supporting clients through complex real estate transactions and legal matters, requiring a strong foundation in commercial real estate law and the ability to navigate sophisticated legal issues.

What You’ll Do

• Draft and review real estate contracts, agreements, and transaction documents.
• Conduct due diligence for commercial real estate transactions.
• Advise clients on legal matters related to commercial real estate.
• Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Stay current on laws, regulations, and market trends impacting real estate.

What You Bring

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Background in commercial real estate law.
• Familiarity with zoning and land use regulations.
