Associate Attorney

Boyd, Boyd & Giddens has an immediate opening for an Associate Attorney looking to work in commercial litigation, insurance defense, oil & gas litigation and/or premises liability defense.

This position provides the opportunity to manage litigation matters, work directly with clients, and play a meaningful role in the continued growth of the firm.

Position Responsibilities:

• Case Management (Responding to Discovery, Conducting Depositions, Attending Mediation, Reporting, Billing, etc.)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify legal issues and develop creative solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local rules
• Occasional travel

• Licensed to practice in the State of Texas
• Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client service excellence.
• Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office
