Job Title: Associate Attorney (Plaintiff-Side – Employment & Personal Injury)

Location: Daytona Beach, FL (Primarily On-Site with Flexibility)

Compensation: Up to $125,000 Base + Strong Performance-Based Bonuses

Job Summary

The Associate Attorney will handle plaintiff-side litigation matters with a primary focus on employment law, while also supporting personal injury cases. This role offers exposure to all phases of litigation and the opportunity to work closely with leadership on case strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employment law and personal injury cases from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct discovery, including depositions and written discovery
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court appearances
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel
• Evaluate liability, damages, and overall case strategy

Requirements

• 2–15 years of litigation experience (plaintiff or defense background considered)
• Experience in personal injury or employment law preferred (not required)
• Open to attorneys transitioning from other litigation practice areas
• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida State Bar
• Experience with discovery, motion practice, and depositions

Work Environment & Schedule

• Primarily on-site in Daytona Beach, FL
• Flexible schedule with alternating Fridays

Salary:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 – $125,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
