Position Overview

We are seeking an Associate to join our team in fighting for justice for survivors of child sexual abuse. The ideal Litigation Associate will be responsible for all aspects of litigation, including but not limited to: drafting complaints, responding to written discovery, conducting depositions, and eventually, trial. The Litigation Associate will also have the opportunity to independently carry a caseload to develop their own area of expertise. Growth and opportunity for advancement within the office is expected.

Experience/Qualifications

• At least 1-3 years of experience as an attorney practicing civil litigation is required.
• Experience in the representation of plaintiffs in injury matters is preferred, however, attorneys with other applicable litigation experience, such as insurance defense, will also be considered.
