Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Associate Attorney with at least two years of experience and Illinois bar admission to join our dynamic and collegial team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of litigation matters, collaborating with experienced attorneys to provide comprehensive legal solutions to our clients. This role offers substantial client interaction, trial experience, challenging assignments, and ample opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities of an Associate Attorney Regularly Include the Following:

1. Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation matters.
2. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
3. Assist in all phases of the litigation and arbitration process, including discovery, depositions, hearings, and trials.
4. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and tactics.
5. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
6. Attend court proceedings and represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
