Area Director

Responsible for the overall supervision of staff and campers in a particular area of camp with the aim of providing a healthy, safe, and fun camp environment. Beber Camp supervisors exhibit strong leadership skills and are creative in planning and implementing programs and activities for campers. Area Directors live out of bunk, in a dorm-style setting, with other supervisors. Dates of Employment: May 31 – August 9, 2026

Salary: Competitive summer salary. Room and board included.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must submit a health history record and examination form prior to the first day of work.
• Previous experience working with children is preferred.
• Previous experience working in a specific area is preferred. (Challenge Course, Waterfront, Art, etc.)
