Maintain both management and clinical nurse roles in the department. Serve as director in director’s absence.Required Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, BSNRequired Skills: Leadership, organization, fiscal stewardship. Knowledge of critical care practices. Act as a mentor, coach and develop others, act as a role model.
