What You’ll Do:
- Commission and test advanced food processing equipment
- Troubleshoot complex installations
- Conduct internal testing and document results
- Deliver training and support to customers
- Maintain sanitation and equipment standards
- Coordinate shipping and supply logistics
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination education and experience; preferably in food science, mechanical engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in food production environments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Intermediate PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel domestically 50–75%

- Base Salary: $80K–$90K base salary (hourly with guaranteed 40 hrs/week)
- Automobile Stipend: $8,060/year ($310 per bi-weekly pay period)
- Vehicle Maintenance: Up to $3,500/year
- Tire Reimbursement: Up to $3,000/year for 2 sets
- Travel Expenses: Covered via company credit card (includes gas)
