Location: Scottsdale, 85260

Setting: 100% on site

Pay: $23 - $27

Hours: Full time

We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting Clerk to support daily finance operations in a fast‑paced private aviation environment. This role focuses on accounts receivable, accounts payable, and customer communication.

What You’ll Do

• Enter charter flight AR and operating expense AP invoices in AvSight
• Reconcile trip expenses for owner and charter flights
• Post customer payments and manage invoice reconciliation
• Communicate with customers regarding billing, statements, and payments
• Support customer and vendor email correspondence
• Assist the Finance Manager with daily accounting operations

What We’re Looking For

• 2‑year degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of AR/AP experience with customer interaction
• Strong communication, organization, and reconciliation skills
• Experience with automated accounting systems; basic Excel required
• Familiarity with AvSight, JetInsight, or Salesforce a plus
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
