We are seeking an ambitious Account Manager / Recruiter to help expand our sister company, CompleteStaff, while managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys developing business relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and making meaningful career connections.
What You'll Do
Business Development & Client Management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Meet with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic staffing solutions
- Develop long-term partnerships that drive repeat business and client satisfaction
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placement
- Recruit for a variety of positions across multiple industries
- Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews
- Negotiate employment offers and successfully close placements
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, business development, or B2B sales preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A desire to grow professionally while contributing to a growing organization
