Account Manager

Account Manager – Remote but must be located in San Francisco / Bay Area

Overview:

Mondo is expanding our West Coast operations and hiring Account Managers in the Bay Area. This is a unique opportunity to help build and grow our presence in a key market while developing a long-term career in sales. What You’ll Do:

• Build and grow relationships with new clients across the West Coast
• Drive new business through outbound calls, emails, and networking
• Understand client hiring needs and position Mondo’s recruiting solutions
• Partner closely with recruiters to deliver top talent
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close
• Hit daily/weekly activity and revenue targets in a metrics-driven environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be located in the San Francisco / Bay Area
• Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-activity sales environment
• Resilient with a “hunter” mentality
• Previous sales, customer-facing, or competitive background is a plus
