Account Manager

Piper Maddox are partnered with one of the US’s leading Battery Manufacturing firms in an effort to build their Account Management Divisions.

Together, we are searching for 3 Account Managers to support expansion across the rapidly evolving BESS market.

The successful candidate will:

• Lead all customer relationships for new & existing clients. Expanding and managing them moving forwards.
• Provide Contract Management support.
• Partnering with Engineering, Technical, Finance and Legal teams across the globe to ensure company wide cohesion.
• Complete forecasting tasks for the wider group.
• Partner with wider sales team for acquiring and closing new customers.

The ideal candidate will have a background similar to the below:

• A minimum of 4 years experience working as an Account Manager.
• Experience across ESS/ Energy Storage is preferred with wider Renewable Energy or Power experience also an option.
• Prior experience managing high performing/ high value accounts.
• Strong customer facing skillset
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and the ability to work across multiple internal stakeholders will be highly valued.
