Account Manager

We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to grow sales and build strong client relationships within the fast-growing energy storage space.


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and expand key accounts for BESS and energy solutions
  • Build relationships with customers, developers, EPCs, and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Lead proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to post-sale support
  • Collaborate with technical teams to meet customer requirements
  • Track pipeline activity and maintain CRM accuracy

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Direct BESS sales experience + 3+ years in sales/account management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in renewables, power systems, or industrial energy projects
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management
  • Background in utility-scale or distributed energy solutions
