Pay: $75,000 – $110,000 annually

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven Account Manager to support both new business development and existing client relationships. This individual will play a key role in managing the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to ongoing account support—while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

This position is fully in-office and offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, team-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries while proactively engaging prospective and existing customers through outbound outreach
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and identify growth opportunities
  • Develop customized proposals and ensure timely follow-up with clients
  • Support marketing initiatives by assisting with campaign execution and tracking performance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems, including tracking sales activity and pipeline progress
  • Monitor contract timelines and proactively coordinate renewals with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities through research and targeted outreach efforts
  • Prepare regular reports to track sales performance and progress toward goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, customer service, and other internal teams to resolve client needs
  • Participate in occasional operational support, including limited weekend coordination as needed
  • Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a related commercial role
  • Experience in industrial or service-based industries is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
