Own the customer. Shape the market. Close what others can’t.
We’re seeking an Account Manager to drive growth in advanced semiconductor packaging, substrates, and PCB/FCB-based systems. This is a direct, full-cycle sales role where you’ll identify opportunities, develop accounts, and close business—while working closely with engineering to deliver differentiated solutions. This role sits at the intersection of customer need and deep technical capability. You’ll engage directly with customers to understand system requirements—from board-level design through IC packaging and integration—and translate those into winning approaches. You won’t just sell a product; you’ll help define how our technology is applied and where it wins. You’ll generate and qualify new leads, build account strategies, and drive opportunities through closure. At the same time, you’ll serve as the voice of the customer internally—ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, and leadership. You’ll also contribute to forecasting, pipeline development, and identifying new markets where advanced packaging and PCB/FCB technologies create advantage.
What You Bring
You have a strong foundation in PCB, flexible circuit (FCB), and/or semiconductor packaging technologies, gained through industry experience or technical education. You’re comfortable engaging customers on topics such as system design, interconnects, packaging approaches, and integration challenges—and can translate technical detail into clear business value. You bring experience in technical sales or closely related roles within the semiconductor ecosystem, and understand how to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder customer environments. Familiarity with fabrication, assembly, or packaging processes is important. You’re a clear and credible communicator, able to manage both customer-facing discussions and internal coordination. You’re also capable of developing presentations, messaging, or other customer-facing materials when needed.
Who You Are
You’re entrepreneurial and self-directed, motivated by building something—not just maintaining accounts. You take initiative, identify opportunities others miss, and push deals forward. You’re comfortable operating with autonomy, working across technical and commercial boundaries, and owning outcomes. This role is well suited for someone who combines technical depth with commercial drive and wants to play a visible role in scaling an advanced technology business.
Education & Experience
A technical background is required—typically a B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related field—with semiconductor, PCB, or packaging experience. A combination of engineering and business (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
Compensation
Compensation includes base salary plus bonus and/or commission, with potential equity participation. Medical benefits are included.
Additional Requirements
This position is based in Boise, Idaho. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate at their own expense. The role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance.
