Technical Services Account Executive, Technology Staffing
3+ years staffing industry experience preferred
Austin, TX market (fully remote). Candidates should be located in Austin or surrounding

We're hiring a Technical Services Account Executive to expand the company's technology staffing footprint throughout Austin and beyond while building strategic relationships with CIOs, IT leaders, and technology decision makers.
What You Will Do
- Develop new technology staffing business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and executive relationship building
- Grow contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire, consulting, and retained search opportunities
- Manage client relationships from initial prospecting through placement and ongoing account growth
- Partner closely with recruiters to fill client requirements and maximize delivery success
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Leverage existing company relationships and executive introductions to expand revenue opportunities
- Participate in local technology organizations, networking groups, and industry events
- Build market share throughout Austin while supporting nationwide growth initiatives

Required Education, Training, Experience
