Enterprise Services & Solutions Sales Leader

Location: Vienna, VA / Washington, DC Metro Area

The Judge Group is seeking a Branch Director to lead enterprise sales and delivery across our Washington, DC Metro market, anchored in Vienna, VA, one of the nation’s most strategically important enterprise regions spanning government, commercial, healthcare, technology, and regulated industries.


This role is built for a proven enterprise services and solutions seller; someone who has led complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles, built trusted C‑suite relationships, expanded Fortune 1000 accounts (and government‑adjacent enterprises), and developed teams that sell high‑value, outcome‑based solutions.

What You’ll Own


Enterprise Revenue & Market Strategy

  • Full P&L ownership for the DC Metro / Northern Virginia branch
  • Strategic enterprise market with strong existing presence and significant runway for growth over the next 3–5 years
  • Drive growth across enterprise staffing, IT services, project delivery, and managed capacity solutions
  • Lead complex, long‑cycle enterprise sales involving senior executives, procurement, and compliance‑driven stakeholders
  • Break and expand mid‑market and large, strategic enterprise accounts
  • Serve as executive sponsor for priority clients and long‑term partnerships
  • Partner across Judge lines of business to deliver integrated, enterprise‑grade solutions
  • Continue to expand the federal business but expand more into commercial over time.


Elite Sales Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Sales Directors, Managers, and Enterprise Account Executives
  • Set enterprise sales strategy, pipeline rigor, and deal governance
  • Elevate sellers from transactional to consultative, outcome‑based selling
  • Recruit and retain top‑tier enterprise sales and leadership talent
  • Build a high‑performance culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and growth


Operational & Client Excellence

  • Partner with Recruiting, Delivery, and Operations leadership to ensure scalable, high‑quality execution
  • Oversee forecasting, pricing strategy, margin optimization, and AR health
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service delivery metrics
  • Maintain a best‑in‑class enterprise client experience across all engagements

This collaborative model allows our sales leaders to focus on executive relationships and strategic growth, while bringing together staffing expertise, services strategy, and delivery leadership to deliver outcome‑based enterprise solutions at scale.



Who You Are


Required Experience

  • Proven success selling complex services or workforce solutions to mid‑market and enterprise clients
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and retain large, multi‑year enterprise relationships
  • Experience hiring and leading senior‑level sales teams; track record of strong hires that develop into top performers
  • Strong financial acumen with experience owning forecasts and a full book of business
  • Track record of delivering sustained enterprise growth


Highly Preferred

  • Staffing, consulting, or professional services background
  • Experience selling multi‑LOB or end‑to‑end enterprise solutions
  • Comfort navigating long sales cycles and procurement‑heavy or compliance‑driven environments
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to travel locally within the DC Metro / Northern Virginia market
