Pay Range
$54,680.66 - $101,717.57 USD annually
Role Description
AdventHealth Credit Union is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Credit Union Operations to lead branch and contact center operations across the organization. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing the member experience, supporting organizational growth, and developing high-performing teams.
The Director of Operations will oversee daily branch and support center activities, implement process improvements, monitor performance metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is a transformational leader with strong operational expertise, a passion for service excellence, and a proven ability to lead and develop teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee daily operations across all branch locations and support center functions.
• Drive a consistent, high-quality member experience across all service channels.
• Develop, coach, and mentor branch leaders and senior team members.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to achieve organizational goals.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and credit union regulations.
• Analyze operational and financial metrics to support informed decision-making.
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in credit union operations, banking operations, or financial services leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams.
• Ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and implement operational improvements.
• Knowledge of financial products, services, and member-focused operations.
Preferred Qualifications
• 5–7 years of management experience.
• Experience leading teams of 10 or more employees.
• Experience managing multiple branches, locations, or operational teams.
• Credit Union/Banking leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Contact Center Operations preferred but not a requirement.
