Prudential Cleanroom Services (PCS) specializes in cleanroom garment processing services for sterile, particulate and ESD controlled environments. All PCS ISO Class 3 Cleanroom Garment Processing Facilities are validated for sterile garment processing. We provide national cleanroom laundry and apparel service programs. As the largest cleanroom garment processor in North America, we are committed to satisfying our customers' evolving requirements and maintain state of the art ISO Class 3 cleanroom garment processing throughout our service regions.


We are currently seeking an experienced Account Executive to lead sales and business development efforts across our South Central Region – Advanced Manufacturing & Life Sciences Corridor.


This protected territory encompasses Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi and serves some of the nation's fastest-growing industrial markets. The region is home to a diverse concentration of advanced manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, energy, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, food processing, and logistics organizations, creating exceptional opportunities for business growth and market expansion.

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving the company's continued growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within a business-to-business sales environment. Success in this role requires strong prospecting skills, strategic account development, effective relationship building, and the ability to deliver value-based solutions to customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of business-to-business, new account sales within any of the following industries: Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Semi-Conductor, Aerospace, Micro Electronics and/or manufacturing industries.
  • Extensive strategic sales results.
  • 3-5 years outside sales experience.
  • Candidates with contract sales experience and operational sales and service management in the industrial, or cleanroom, uniform business desired.
  • Effective rapport building.
  • Professional presentation and needs assessment skills.
  • Positive attitude, competitive, and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Skillful in data base management, phone blocking, new prospecting, and cold calling.
  • Competent using Microsoft Office; Power Point, Outlook, Excel and CRM.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
  • Up to 40% travel.
