Our client is an apparel company in Chicago with 15+ years of experience as a trusted organization for distributors and broker shops nationwide. They are in the process of building a direct sales team to own end-user relationships with local and national businesses across a range of industries.


***Onsite role with remote flexibility once acclimated to the team(90 days)


Responsibilities:

  • Build a B2B account base from scratch across the south suburbs of Chicago and nationally
  • Run outbound prospecting through their CRM and lead-gen stack whether that is calls, email sequences, LinkedIn & supplement with in-person door knocks and sample drops.
  • Drive new business through consistent outbound hunting activity
  • Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to closed-won, then grow those accounts into durable repeat revenue.
  • Identify and pursue high-value prospects across target verticals, leveraging market knowledge and competitive positioning to open doors in accounts where we have no existing presence.
  • Hit monthly and annual revenue goals against quotas that ramp with your tenure.

Qualifications:

  • 1–5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of building a book of business from scratch
  • Comfort with cold outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn, plus willingness to get in front of prospects in person.
  • Experience with CRMs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple prospects and accounts simultaneously without letting opportunities fall through the cracks
  • Self-motivation that doesn't require a manager standing behind you.
