Workers' Compensation Case Manager

Our partner is seeking a Workers' Compensation Case Manager to join our growing team. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients throughout their case journey, helping coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance carriers while ensuring cases continue progressing toward successful outcomes.

What You'll Do
- Manage and help drive workers' compensation cases from intake through resolution
- Partner closely with attorneys to develop and execute case strategies
- Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, carriers, and other stakeholders
- Prepare files and supporting information for attorneys
- Identify opportunities to strengthen case value and improve client outcomes
- Ensure case information, documentation, workflow phases, and next steps remain current and accurate
- Proactively identify risks, missing information, and potential issues before they impact a case
- Participate in team huddles, training, and ongoing development opportunities
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of Workers' Compensation experience
- Experience in case management, legal support, paralegal, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable communicating with clients, attorneys, carriers, and medical offices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep cases moving forward
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- Experience with legal or case management software preferred
