A growing organization is seeking a Workday Systems Analyst to own its HRIS environment as the company scales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building infrastructure from scratch, optimizing processes, and serving as the central connection point between HR, payroll, and benefits operations. The position is hands‑on and highly influential, with room to expand into broader People Operations responsibilities over time.


Key Responsibilities


  • Workday Ownership: Lead configuration, maintenance, security setup, and workflow design across HCM and Benefits.
  • System Improvements: Troubleshoot issues, manage release updates, and optimize business processes.
  • Reporting: Build and maintain reports and dashboards for HR, Finance, and leadership.
  • Benefits Support: Manage benefits configurations, open enrolment setup, life‑event processing, audits, and data accuracy with external carriers.
  • Payroll Coordination: Ensure accurate HRIS data for payroll cycles, support audits, and streamline shared processes with the payroll team.
