We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst who partners with business and technology leaders to lead complex initiatives, translating business needs into scalable technology solutions. This role drives requirements definition, influences solution design, and ensures successful delivery aligned to company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end requirements discovery for complex, cross-functional initiatives,
working with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams.
• Own the development of comprehensive business and functional documentation,
including BRDs, process flows, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Partner closely with software development, PMO, and vendor partners to ensure
solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned to business strategy.
• Lead change management efforts, including defining UAT strategy, acceptance
criteria, and user adoption planning.
Domain & Technical Experience
• ERP experience - Similar to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Epicor, Workday
Tools & Skills
• Advanced proficiency with business analysis and documentation tools (Microsoft
Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and executive-level communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives with competing priorities.
• Ability to influence without authority and build consensus across diverse
stakeholder groups.
Qualifications
• 6+ years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role, with
demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
