Overview
We’re looking for a Workday HRIS Analyst to help manage and improve our HR technology systems. This person will make sure employee data is accurate, support HR teams with reporting, fix system issues, and help keep our HR tools running smoothly.
What You Will Do
- Handle daily updates and changes in the HR system
- Keep employee data accurate and organized
- Build simple reports and dashboards for HR and leaders
- Help with system updates, testing, and new features
- Troubleshoot system problems and work with IT or vendors when needed
- Support HR teams and employees with system questions
- Help improve processes to make the system easier to use
- Assist with data uploads, audits, and integrations with other systems
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years working with Workday HIRS, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Performance Management, Benefits, and/or Compensation
- Comfortable with system configuration, reporting, and data analysis
- Strong Excel skills
- Good understanding of HR processes
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
