Position Title: Workday HRIS Analyst

Location: King of Prussia/Gulph Mills PA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Up to $95,000 base salary + benefits


Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Analyst to support and enhance an established Workday environment following a recent implementation. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the system is optimized, stable, and aligned with evolving business needs. The role requires a balance of technical capability and functional understanding, working closely with internal stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and IT.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support for the Workday platform, focusing on post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement
  • Design, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations, including inbound and outbound data flows using tools such as EIB and Core Connectors (Studio experience is a plus)
  • Develop and maintain a variety of Workday reports and dashboards, including complex and cross-functional reporting solutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and enhancements
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the Workday environment through regular audits and validation processes
  • Support the transition of knowledge and ownership from third-party implementers to internal teams, ensuring long-term sustainability
  • Manage multiple priorities while supporting day-to-day HRIS operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment


Qualifications

  • Proven experience working within Workday HRIS environments, particularly in post-implementation support scenarios
  • Strong technical expertise in Workday integrations and reporting
  • Solid understanding of HR and Payroll processes and how they translate into Workday functionality
  • Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and business teams
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities


Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting organizations transitioning from external consultants to internal Workday ownership
  • Exposure to Workday Studio and more advanced integration frameworks
  • Background in environments requiring high attention to data governance and compliance
