Title: Warehouse Operations Manager
Salary: $90k-$110k
Duration: PERM
Location: Perris, CA (onsite 5 days a week)
Job Summary
The Warehouse Operations Manager oversees the entire warehouse operation, including receiving, storage, fulfillment, B2B, DTC, production/VAS, safety, labor, and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse departments and managers
- Ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and safety
- Develop and enforce SOPs across all functions
- Manage labor planning, scheduling, and productivity
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure WMS accuracy and inventory integrity
- Lead performance reviews and team development
- Act as primary point of contact for key clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse or 3PL operations experience
- 2+ years in a senior management role
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing multi-client environments
- KPI-driven and process-oriented mindset
