Role Summary
The Warehouse Lead owns execution readiness for all outbound jobs.
This role is responsible for controlling warehouse operations, managing crew performance, and ensuring every job leaves the warehouse complete, accurate, and on schedule.
You are expected to run operations, not assist them.
What You Will Be Responsible ForOperations & Leadership
- Lead warehouse crew, drivers, and daily workflow
- Run daily production and dispatch meetings
- Enforce performance standards and accountability
- Maintain control of deadlines, priorities, and output
Logistics & Execution
- Oversee pull sheets, staging, and load verification
- Ensure accuracy across tents, staging, flooring, and AV equipment
- Manage preparation for multi-day and large-scale events
- Step into field installs when required
Inventory & Systems
- Maintain accurate inventory in Goodshuffle Pro
- Track equipment condition, repairs, and lifecycle
- Prevent loss, damage, and missing items through controlled processes
- Maintain structured staging zones and warehouse organization
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce OSHA-compliant warehouse operations
- Ensure proper loading, rigging, and weight distribution
- Oversee forklift use and material handling
- Maintain a clean and controlled facility
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- 3+ years in warehouse, logistics, or operations
- 1+ year leading a team or managing workflow
- Proven ability to manage crews and meet deadlines
- Strong operational discipline and organization
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate or learn forklift equipment
Preferred (Gives You an Edge)
- Event rental or production experience
- Goodshuffle Pro or similar system experience
- CDL license
- Experience supporting large-scale or multi-day projects
Compensation
- $25–$35/hour based on experience

Work Environment
