About the RoleThe Logistics Department Manager is a senior leadership position within Technotrix responsible for directing all transportation strategy, routing, fleet operations, and equipment movement across warehouse and field environments. This role owns the systems, structure, and execution that ensure the right equipment arrives at the right place, at the right time — safely, efficiently, and consistently.
Working in close partnership with department leaders, warehouse management, and project teams, this position serves as the operational backbone of production logistics. You’ll ensure equipment flows seamlessly from warehouse to show site and back, while building a scalable, disciplined logistics function capable of supporting growth across festivals, corporate events, and large-scale productions.
This role sets the strategic direction of the logistics department while remaining deeply connected to day-to-day operational performance, staffing, and fleet readiness. The Logistics Department Manager brings structure to fast-moving environments, creates accountability across transportation workflows, and establishes standards that protect timelines, equipment, and client outcomes.
Beyond execution, this leader is responsible for strengthening processes, improving efficiency, and developing a team that can operate with independence, professionalism, and confidence under pressure. Success in this role means fewer fire drills, stronger planning, safer deployments, and a logistics operation that scales with the company rather than reacting to it.
