Responsibilities:
- Direct all warehouse functions including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, merchandising, and facility management.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, and profitability targets.
- Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and develop warehouse and front‑end teams.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensure proper product rotation, and execute merchandising standards.
- Implement and monitor security, cash control, and shrink‑reduction procedures.
- Ensure a customer‑focused culture across all warehouse operations.
- Maintain OSHA compliance, enforce safety protocols, and ensure a clean, organized facility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- 5+ years of management experience in food service, grocery distribution, supermarket, club warehouse, big‑box, or mass‑merchandising environments.
- Strong background in P&L, inventory control, merchandising, hiring/training, cash control, payroll, and loss prevention.
- Proven ability to lead high‑volume warehouse operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and people‑management skills.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and commitment to company values.
