Warehouse Forklift Operator / General Laborer

As aForklift Operator, you’re the backbone of our warehouse operations. Safely maneuver forklifts to make sure products are perfectly loaded, unloaded, picked, and stored.The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts, electric pallet jacks (EPJ), and other material handling equipment (MHE) to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management in support of daily warehouse operations. This role supports daily warehouse operations through loading, unloading, picking, and consolidation of products while upholding CJ Logistics America’s safety and quality standards.

• Pay Rate:$20.28
• Schedule: Day Shift - Mon 7am - 3:30pm, Tues - Fri, 5:30am - 3:30pm
• Required to perform General Labor responsibilities 70% of the time and Forklift Operating duties for 30% of the time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Safely operatestand-up or sit-down forkliftsto keep orders moving and customers happy
• Master the art ofloading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets
• Jump in withmanual case pickingwhen directed
• Get productsprepped and shippedwith accuracy and care
• Conduct outboundload audits, correct labels and count discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse moving byreplenishing productsin the right bays
• Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience
• Must have the physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently
• Bonus points forBattery and Propane Safety Training/Certification
• A trueteam playerwho works toward common goals
• Brings apositive attitudeandstrong work ethicevery day
