Job Title: General Laborer / Installer (Weekly Pay!)

We’re hiring motivated General Laborers, Installers, and Material Handlers who want hands‑on work, steady hours, weekly pay, and the chance to gain experience with cutting‑edge industrial automation.

• Install 20 robotic arms and approximately 40 sub‑stations
• Build internal site fencing using power tools
• Move, strap, and catalog materials using pallet jacks
• Use hand and air‑powered tools to commission towers following diagrams
• Complete basic wiring and power supply installation using step‑by‑step instructions
• Support project teams with commissioning, cleaning, and general build tasks
• Assist in inventory, material handling, and housekeeping as needed

Must‑Have Skills

• Warehouse or industrial general labor experience
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs consistently
• Comfortable working 8‑hour shifts on concrete floors
• Ability to read blueprints and diagrams
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic safety knowledge
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow directions

Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications

• Experience on similar installation or automation projects
• Ability to work independently after training
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proven reliability and strong work ethic

• ✅ Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 30‑minute lunch)
• ✅ Approximately 40 hours per week
• ✅ 6–8 week assignment with potential for extension

• Multi‑floor warehouse under construction—busy, loud, and active
• Physically demanding with significant walking on cement surfaces
• Safety equipment provided: high‑visibility vest, safety glasses, hard hat, gloves, and ear protection
• Casual, practical dress code: jeans, T‑shirt, and safety‑toe boots/shoes are required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Wayne, IN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Fort Wayne,IN.
