This seat owns BIORAY’s revenue performance, market presence, and customer growth across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support. The role translates strategy into execution—aligning teams, systems, and market insight to drive consistent revenue growth, customer acquisition, and long-term client relationships.
As BIORAY continues to scale, revenue leadership must move beyond isolated functions. This role ensures that marketing creates demand, sales converts opportunity, and customer support strengthens retention and advocacy. The VP of Revenue and Growth builds the systems, processes, and accountability that allow these functions to operate as a single coordinated revenue organization.

What the Role Entails
The VP of Revenue and Growth owns BIORAY’s complete revenue engine—integrating sales execution, marketing strategy, and customer experience into a unified growth system.
This role leads the teams responsible for generating demand, converting opportunities, and strengthening customer relationships. It establishes clear processes, performance expectations, and accountability structures that allow the organization to scale revenue predictably.
The seat also owns market intelligence and strategic positioning. Through continuous analysis of market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics, the VP of Revenue and Growth identifies opportunities that expand BIORAY’s reach and strengthen its presence in the wellness market.
This is both a strategic and operational role. The leader in this seat ensures revenue initiatives move from strategy to execution while maintaining alignment with BIORAY’s mission, brand, and long-term growth trajectory.
Core Responsibilities:
• Revenue Growth: Own the achievement of company revenue targets through effective sales execution, pipeline management, and customer acquisition strategies. Tracking and analyzing sales and marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting on key metrics.
• Lead, Manage, and hold Accountable: Lead, manage, and hold accountable the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to meet or exceed all Scorecard Measurables and complete Rocks on time.
• Sales & Marketing Processes: Own and ensure the Sales and Marketing core processes are documented, followed by all, and continuously improved for effectiveness.
• Customer Experience & Support: Ensure customer support operations deliver exceptional service, resolve issues effectively, and maintain strong client relationships that drive retention and referrals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Market Intelligence: Own market research, competitive analysis, and trend identification to inform strategic decisions and identify and engage growth opportunities.
• Marketing Strategy & Brand: Own the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, campaigns, and brand initiatives that drive customer engagement and market positioning. Conducting market research and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales and marketing efforts.
• Budget Accountability: Own the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI on all revenue-generating investments.
Role Requirements
Environment
• Ability to work in-office in Irvine, California and travel up to 35%
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Experience
• 10–15+ years of experience in sales, marketing, revenue operations, or growth leadership roles
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams responsible for revenue generation, marketing execution, or customer success
• Experience building and managing sales pipelines, forecasting processes, and revenue reporting
• Experience overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
• Experience managing departmental budgets and measuring ROI on revenue-generating investments
• Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to manage pipelines, customer data, and revenue forecasting
• Experience managing digital marketing channels and campaign analytics (email, paid media, SEO, social, or lifecycle marketing)
• Experience working with marketing analytics or reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance and customer acquisition efficiency
