About Sollevare Group

Sollevare Group is a Brooklyn-focused real estate private equity firm that focuses on acquiring, repositioning, and developing distinctive mixed-use and multifamily properties in New York City. In roughly one year, we’ve purchased and exited 10 deals and raised more than $30,000,000 of equity. We’re backed by a robust and growing equity base and are building toward an institutional-quality platform with a clear path to scale.

The Role

We’re hiring someone to work directly alongside the founding partners across many facets of our business: underwriting, asset management, investor relations, and deal execution. You’ll will be a key role player in making decisions that affect the trajectory of our company, on-site when buildings are under renovation, and on the call when capital partners pick up the phone.

We’ve built a machine that produces. We need someone sharp, hungry, and resourceful to help it run faster and smarter.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain underwriting models, renovation budgeting, hold/sell scenario analysis, and portfolio-level returns tracking.

Support deal execution from LOI through closing, coordinating with legal counsel, title, lenders, and brokers.

Manage asset-level reporting, including construction budget tracking, lease-up timelines, and investor distribution schedules.

Prepare investor communications, quarterly updates, and materials for capital raises targeting family offices and RIAs.

Bring independent thinking to every deal, we want someone who challenges assumptions, not someone who just runs the numbers.

Who You Are

Minimum of 2.5 years of direct real estate experience — acquisitions, asset management, development, or lending at a firm where you touched live deals.

Advanced Excel skills where you can pass our financial modeling test: you build models from scratch, you audit other people’s models, and you’re fluent in sensitivity tables, data validation, and dynamic formatting.

Hands-on experience with real capital structures: JV equity, LP / GP waterfalls, construction draws.

A clear, precise communicator who can draft an investor memo, write investor reports or write to Sollevare counterparties without heavy editing.

You think like a principal, you have opinions on deals, and you back them up with data.

Compensation & Culture

$160,000-$200,000. This is not a role where we’re looking to save on talent. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and will include meaningful exposure to deal economics.
