ANRA Technologies is a global provider of airspace, mission, and traffic management software for uncrewed, autonomous, and traditional aircraft. Our platforms support drone operations, UAS Traffic Management, U-space, Advanced Air Mobility, enterprise customers, ANSPs, regulators, and defense/security organizations around the world.  


We are scaling rapidly and seeking a Vice President of Finance to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team as ANRA enters its next phase of growth. This leader will build and scale the financial foundation required to support global expansion, operational excellence, investor readiness, and future fundraising initiatives.


The Vice President of Finance will drive financial strategy, forecasting, capital planning, fundraising support, investor and board reporting, pricing strategy, and business performance management. This role requires a hands-on finance leader who can translate financial insights into business decisions while helping position ANRA for long-term growth and value creation.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Financial Strategy & Leadership

  • Build and lead ANRA’s finance function through the next stage of growth.
  • Partner with the CEO on financial strategy, growth planning, fundraising readiness, and board reporting.
  • Develop scalable financial models for SaaS, enterprise, government, and international revenue streams.
  • Provide clear analysis around cash runway, hiring plans, pricing, margins, and investment tradeoffs.

 

FP&A, Forecasting & Business Planning

  • Own budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and monthly/quarterly financial reporting.
  • Build financial dashboards and KPI reporting for revenue, gross margin, cash, bookings, pipeline, customer economics, and operating efficiency.
  • Partner with sales and operations to improve revenue forecasting and deal economics.
  • Support annual planning and long-range strategic planning.

 

Accounting, Controls & Compliance

  • Oversee accounting operations, close process, revenue recognition, audit readiness, tax, and compliance.
  • Ensure financial processes can support global operations across the U.S., UK/EU, India, and other markets.
  • Strengthen internal controls, approval workflows, reporting accuracy, and financial discipline.
  • Manage outside accounting, tax, audit, and advisory partners as needed.

 

Revenue, Pricing & Contract Support

  • Partner with sales and legal on pricing models, contract economics, payment terms, and deal profitability.
  • Support enterprise/government contracting requirements, including milestone-based revenue, multi-year agreements, and complex procurement structures.
  • Help evaluate channel, partner, and systems integrator economics.

 

Investor, Board & Fundraising Support

  • Prepare board-ready financial materials, investor updates, KPI reporting, and fundraising support materials.
  • Support diligence processes with clean financial data, models, metrics, and documentation.
  • Help translate business performance into a clear financial narrative for investors and stakeholders.

 

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, in SaaS, enterprise software, deep tech, aerospace/defense, government contracting, or mission-critical technology.
  • Prior experience as VP Finance, Head of Finance, Controller + FP&A leader, or CFO in a startup/scale-up environment.
  • Strong FP&A, financial modeling, forecasting, and board reporting skills.
  • Experience supporting SaaS revenue models, enterprise contracts, government/public-sector customers, or complex multi-year deals.
  • Ability to operate strategically and tactically: build models, improve processes, and manage details.
  • Strong business partnership skills with sales, product, operations, legal, and executive leadership.
  • Comfort in a founder-led, fast-moving, global organization.

 

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in aviation, aerospace, defense tech, government contracting, infrastructure software, or regulated technology.
  • Fundraising, investor relations, M&A, or board-facing experience.
  • Experience building finance infrastructure from an early or immature stage.
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics: ARR, bookings, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV, gross margin, payback period, burn multiple, and runway.
  • Experience with international subsidiaries, multi-currency operations, or global tax/compliance considerations.
