This is a $200+M strategic segment that designs and manufacturers engineered components sold to OEMs globally. This is a multi-plant group with domestic and international manufacturing sites. Growth has come from product and new business development, expanding customer base, reinvestment into infrastructure, international expansion, and acquisitions. Looking for a finance leader with strong business acumen and knowledge of product development, manufacturing, supply chain, business development, and continuous improvement.
Partner with VP/GM on overall strategy, expansion plans, margin improvement, performance of business units, acquisition due diligence/integration, problem solving, deliverables and P/L management. Lead an established finance team. Key areas of responsibilities:
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong business acumen, a P/L mentality, and the drive to make a difference.
REQUIREMENTS: CPA or MBA wanted. Seek 12+ years of business experience that most recently includes financial leadership of a multi-site manufacturing division or corporation serving OEM markets (i.e., aerospace, capital equipment). Must be willing to travel 15-20%.
REWARD: $220,000 to $250,000 DOE plus 25% bonus & 20% LTIP , car, excellent benefits and relocation package.
