UX Researcher
Location: Radnor, PA - Onsite 1 day per week
Length of Contract: 6 months + possible extension

We are seeking an intermediate User Research & Insights Coordinator to provide
hands-on support across user research execution, research operations, and insight
management. This role will work closely with the Lead User Researcher and Senior User
Researcher to help plan, organize, conduct, and document research that informs digital
product and service experiences.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with research
data, and interested in helping build a more mature research practice. This person will
help move research from raw data into structured, searchable, and stakeholder-ready
insights. A key part of the role will include maintaining research documentation,
supporting participant coordination, organizing findings in Dovetail, and helping ensure
research data is handled securely and consistently.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to grow in UX research, research
operations, and insights management while contributing to customer and associate
experiences across eCommerce, point-of-sale, onboarding, internal tools, and AI-enabled
products.
Key Responsibilities
● Coordinate research logistics, including participant recruiting, screening,
scheduling, and session preparation.
● Prepare research materials such as discussion guides, test plans, surveys,
screeners, and note-taking templates.
● Capture detailed notes and observations during interviews, usability tests,
workshops, and research readouts.
● Organize raw research data into clear, structured inputs for synthesis, reporting,
and future reuse.
● Maintain research repository hygiene in Dovetail, including tagging, taxonomy
updates, study organization, and data quality checks.
● Support short-turnaround usability tests, surveys, and tactical research studies.
● Contribute to research documentation, including summaries, journey maps,
persona updates, and insight libraries.
● Help ensure research data is handled according to privacy, accessibility, and
ethical research standards.
● Track research activities, workflows, and outcomes in Jira or similar project
management tools.
● Act as a secondary researcher when needed, supporting interviews, usability
sessions, and synthesis activities.

Ideal Candidate
● 3–5 years of experience in UX research, research operations, insights
coordination, knowledge management, or a related field.
● Working knowledge of UX research methods, including interviews, surveys,
usability testing, and synthesis.
● Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple
workstreams.
● Experience coordinating research logistics, participant scheduling,
documentation, or study operations.
● Comfortable working with research data, notes, transcripts, tags, repositories,
spreadsheets, and documentation.
● Familiarity with tools such as Dovetail, UserTesting, Miro, FigJam, Google Meet,
Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, or similar platforms.
● Experience with taxonomy maintenance, repository hygiene, tagging structures,
or knowledge management is highly preferred.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Able to collaborate effectively with researchers, designers, product managers,
and business stakeholders.
● Proactive, reliable, and comfortable identifying process gaps or operational
needs with limited direction.
Hiring Requirements Summary
